Anyone know if it is true and who replaced John Rothery? The handy parts diagrams are disappearing too!

Looks like it's Deben? AA may be dealing more directly with dealers on warranty.

I had seen the video but I'm still surprised it has been kept low profile, especially as this is IMHO a big issue for AA given their poor dealership/service coverage in some areas. I gather JR had a good reputation (though that was not my experience) so I hope Deben are up to the job.
