I thought I would come back and have a chat and catch up and mostly to annoy Bri...

Well, Air Arms have introduced or should I say made (sort- of) new addition to their rifle line up. The new S510 TDR, Takedown rifle.
All it is really is an S510 side-lever action dropped into the TDR takedown stock.

I must say I absolutely adore the S410 TDR and I can say it is my favourite rifle I have ever owned and it gets used the most out of all my rather large collection.
The TDR was a very well thought out design with a lot of features for the money eg. The backpack case with Moderator included and adjustable but-pad all this takes- down into the rather lovely case that looks like something Q-branch would issue to Jimmy Bond...

The best thing about the TDR is if one uses the Best fittings day tripper fill bottle kit you don't need a big bottle sticking off the end of your rifle this keeps thing light and so portable and discreet. There was a time I used to hump a springer around the permission, not now, the TDR is the winner here.

Here below is the best fittings day tripper fill bottle kit this allows me to fill the TDR 3-4 times, This is great for target shooting or long days out in the field.

I lover this rifle so light weight perfect air rifle in every regard. And my all time favourite Air rifle.

Well mate in the summer I went to Venice, Brindisi, Katakolon, Santorini, Piraeus, Corfu, Kotor... phew!

And last week we went on tour around the Yorkshire Dales, stunning countryside indeed. We started at Oxenhope, Haworth. This is Bronte country and the place of the KWVR - Keighley & Worth Valley Railway. This was the location where they filmed the 1970 film The Railway children at Oakworth station, amazing steam train ride through the stunning countryside and amazing walks through Bronte country we then visited Bolton Abbey. I went onto the scar to see the waterfalls ect, amazing time lovey place Yorkshire. We ate good grub and Yorkshire puddings Galore... Everone was intrigued with me Geordie accent (why aye man)..
We took Oscar our Jack Russel he is so intelligent does tricks and stuff he loved it and dogs can go inside all the pubs, Great...
The steam trains are amazing it's like going back in time with the Edwardian stations and coal fires we had a chat with the Mr Perks the station master... see link below
