It is a standard sized rail, if you can assist by telling us what you would like to fit (hamster etc) then I am sure that you can be pointed in the right direction...?

Hi first time I've had a rifle with a rail on so just wondering what could be fitted, a hamster would be nice if I could fit one further forward than the rowan one that goes in the stock screw, what would I need if ever I wanted to fit a std deben bipod.
ATB.

I read somewhere Air Arms were bringing out a dedicated Hamster/Palm Rest for the HFT500 at the beginning of this year. Haven't seen one yet though - so there's that... when It comes out.
Other than that, accessories you can use on the rail that I can think of are weights (to help balance the rifle) and a Bi pod.

Rowan do am accessory stud with an M6 thread that fits in the rail.
I made my own hamster utilising the stock bolt and the Rowan stud as below.

Thanks I've just ordered the rowan QD adaptor, I did see the M6 tread one.

Saw one of the Air Arms hamsters down at Bisley today, fitted to an HFT500, would probably also fit the FTP900. As it is alloy would be a lot lighter than the HFT900 one. Looks very nice but they are apparently £120.
Rob.
Update, check this link for the AA hamster for HFT 500, it does fit the FTP900 as well, tried it on mine.
