Re: Scope recommendations for a TX200
Personally using a Sun 4-16 X 50 AO IR on my TX 200. My other guns sport Hawkes. The TX 200 is not a harsh shooter so about any scope that will stand up to an airgun should work.

Optics are very person specific, what is good for someone else may well not be so good for your eyes, strongly advise that if possible you look through some prior to making a purchase decision. The TX is generally rather gentle on scopes for a springer so no real worries in that direction.
These days the price of quality optics is not so great, Hawke and MTC are both testament to that along with others. Currently I use a Falcon T50 for FT and a Bushnell 6500 Elite for HFT both on TX's, they suit me but, may well not suit you.
Have a look through a few before deciding, most folks at clubs / meets are only too happy to let you have a go with their kit, and a good retailer should also be happy for you try some different options.
