Hi Eddie,

You cannot use a sling except to carry your rifle. Your scope cannot be adjusted once you start shooting. Targets go from 8yds to 45 yds and will vary in kill sizes.
Most shots are taken prone except 2 supported kneelers (can be taken standing), 1 unsupported kneeler (can be taken standing), 2 supported standers and 1 unsupported stander. You have to be touching the "Peg" which indicates where the shot is taken from.

Hi Eddie,
A supported kneeler is where there is 3 points of contact with the ground (2 feet, 1 knee) but the rifle or body can be supported by say a tree, pallet on edge or post etc. You still have to be in contact with the "Peg". Usually the support will be the "Peg".
