Yes i bought it, warts and all, came with a 4x32 crosman scope, tested the power and its warm but ok for now, shot it on sunday and its ok not prosport good but for 65 quid its pretty dam good ended the session shooting a 177 pellet tin at 46 yrds every shot,so why when ive got a prosport would i ever want such a gun, ive fancied a .22 calibre rifle for a while but i dont know weather i can cope with the loopy bigger pellet,at the range iam going to use it 15-20 yrds ratting it makes no differance but the bigger pellet certainly imparts more knock down energy
things i like are the barrel accuracy, lock up is tight, stock to action fit, stock shape, smooth shot cycle,no twang, beartrap fitted and its quiet
things i dont like are stock finish, trigger is heavy and gritty, graunching noise on cocking, short length of pull and pistol grip isnt long enough
So its a project gun that ive got about 50 quid to spend on it before it cost more than a new xs 19, so iam looking at a welsh willy trigger and polishing the sears, a full strip clean debur and polish, ive found some delrin guides cheapish on the bay and maybe a titan spring and piston liner, finally the bleach blonde stock will get stained and altered
