Daystate Pulsar magazines - what a rip off

Sat Jul 23, 2016 3:56 pm

I'm lucky enough to own a Daystate Pulsar, awesome bit of kit, but getting magazines for it is a nightmare. They are s;ightly different from every other magazine Daystate make so you are forced to pay £50 each for them!!!!! In addition, the only place I've been able to get them from is directly from Daystate. I have 2 they sent me some time ago but only got to use them today.............and they've sent me the wrong ones. So I've very reluctantly parted with 100 quid for something that to me is useless.

Call to Daystate on Monday me-thinks.

That is poor service. However, I believe they are good people to speak to. New factory too, maybe they are all lost?

hi mate , I understand Daystate have sent you the wrong ones BUT, a simple phone call would of had them exchanged no problem, Daystate aftersales has been excellent in my experience so really I know they initially made a mistake but You spending £100 was not daystates fault, they would have replaced them next day delivery that's for sure, so in my opinion its not really daystates fault you had to pay £100, but the mistake should not have been made in the first place,
good luck with the pulsar
