Down the slippy slope

Tue Jul 12, 2016 5:36 pm

It was a couple of years ago I posted pics of this on the old forum

recently I was able to join a local club and have taken to shooting most weeks.. trouble was the 30yr Anniversary was just too special to use on a regular basis (it will still get a trip out every so often)

so .. the slippy slope started

The Anniversary has a Hawke Panoramic EV 4-12x40 on it and the traditional I went with a Mamba Lite 3-12x44. Not sure which I prefer yet

I've got the same gun, I decided when I got it, to use it, some won't shoot them at all thinking they'll go up in value, I doubt they will that much,so I use it and enjoy it....not as much as I enjoy my Coyote though....

Spent 3 hours at the club range today with my new ultimate sporter and while we all know its pretty much a S510 in a different stock .. loved it .. got the cheek piece set up better for me than my superlite and was having a good session today :D

Swapped the Coyote ( hard thing to do) for a S410, putting all my eggs in the Air Arms basket so to speak, it's the same as the S510, but still different enough to be different. I like it, very accurate, just need that Mk4 TX now to complete the set.
