Do we have any details on food, cooking, comps ect?
If we need cooking equipment I will have to try and source some.
Will the breakfast guy be there again?
What are the chances of me being able to use the Xtra? It would be nice to give it a work out on the targets.

you'll need to bring your own food and you'll have to cook it yourself Paul/princess :-) , its a charity event , food cant be included in the price of the weekend and we wont be employing any bbq chefs either :-).

Comp details to follow once theyve been decided .

bring a desposable bbq if you dont want to wait to cook your food or you can wait and cook it on the gas bbq provided or the usual bonfire .you will need to bring a plate or 2 each and cutlery (and a cup for tea/coffee) :-) :-)

Will the breakfast guy be there again?

probably not as he didnt make enough money at the last meet :-( (if he changes his mind we'll let you know in good time). so bring some rolls , bacon , sausages and eggs for sunday morning

What are the chances of me being able to use the Xtra? It would be nice to give it a work out on the targets.

Sorry but no chance as we can't provide the insurance.

Cheers Jules, clears everything up perfectly.
Obviously we will bring good our own food, I will source a cooker ready.
Would my BASC insurance not cover me? obviously would need the owners permission. If not no problem at all. :)
