Clean your barrel the easy way.

Tue Feb 23, 2016 7:19 pm

The easy way too clean your barrel.... please! see the video bellow... :D
it is so easy to bugger up your accuracy on your air rifle with heavy pull through's and other heavy objects.

Never use or push any Metal, alloy or plastic cleaning rods through your air rifle barrel... it is so easy to bugger up the delicate crown on the muzzle.
As you may know the crown at the muzzle is so easy damaged with heavy handed novices shoving god knows what down there air rifle barrel.

You normally clean your air rifle barrel when groups open up and accuracy starts to diminish.

see video bellow, the chap in the video is using soft string with patches to clean his barrel, very ingenuous way too clean your barrel and so.... safe... :D

It's a lot of messing around. You can't beat the pull through with one patch at a time.

20 lb fishing line made into a pull through won't scratch the rifling.
