I've had a problem with my Mamba so I contacted MTC found out something that I didn't know and the girl on the phone told me not many people have the information and they are getting lots of complaints about it when people are trying to get there scopes fixed .
The MTC extended warranty is designed to cover any manufacturing or subsequent defects. This warranty is granted for 5 years to the initial purchaser conditional on registration via the website or other written communication within 30 days of purchase. The warranty does not include components that are either perishable or subject to wear and tear. Example of wear and tear are seals (lifespan will depend on storage conditions) and sidewheel bearings (backlash caused by excessive use); this is not an exclusive list.

So basically if you buy a MTC Product you need to register within 30 days of purchase or your not covered .

The subsequent customer service if you do make a warranty claim may not be a quick experience either, I waited 10 weeks to get a scope replaced under warranty.
Re: MTC SCOPE INFO
To be honest Timmy I'm losing my patience with them , it's taken 3 weeks so far to get to the stage where they have asked for the serial number of the scope I've sent it to them via email 3 times now each time they haven't received it, they have however received and replied to the 17 other emails I've sent them . Honestly bring back Gary and Sammie because it was one phone call and it was sorted . This new lot make me want to change scopes to a different brand in all honesty.

I've come to the same decision, I'm not looking to change anything yet but in future I'll look at other brands a bit more closely.
Re: MTC SCOPE INFO
