Is it easy to swap a carbine cylinder for a classic. Mine's fitted with a Rowan stripper at present.

That depends if its got a/t or not with a/t it can be done but you run the risk of marking the cylinder when taking it of as you have to leave the barrel on.
If not A/T take off the barrel/bolt housing and then change the cylinder.
BUT MAKE SURE THAT THE CYLINDER IS EMPTY OF AIR BEFORE YOU START.
