if you have ever heard the term American customer service followed by a very positive adjective, forget it. If you ever have the pleasure of dealing with Nick Stanning TINBUM, and Julian BGALD, you will then discover that we have the best service here. Could not say a bad word about either, both are total gentlemen, always answer questions and provide a service second to none. i would go as far to say they go beyond the call of duty.
many thanks to both gentlemen for the way they do business, top marks and highly recommended. i wish all business could be done in such a manner, life would be so much better.

I`ve not had the pleasure of dealing with nick but I have dealt with Julian and he is a top bloke (grovel grovel, how`s that boss)

i am a firm believer in giving praise where it is due. people often tell all when things are bad, but rarely do the opposite when things are right. Eg whilst at work, you do something wrong, the boss has a go, you do a good job, nothing.
The people i have mentioned, deserve good feedback, they have done everything right IMHO. May it continue.
