Hi all,
Could anyone tell me the total lengths of an S400 Classic & S200 barrel.
Thinking of a future S400 mod, which of the mk1 or mk2 S200 barrels is the best.
Thanks, Nik.

The Air Arms website used to carry such useful information in a "Specification" section but it now it appears such info is top secret

I noticed the same thing with their site, even basic info like weight is no longer listed for some guns, very strange approach indeed. Perhaps they are just too busy designing the next ultimate FT rifle

Thanks Neil, I did look at AA website also but couldn't find anything.
I want to get an S200 barrel, turn the end down and fit to the S400 with a Rowan Engineering barrel band.
Cheers all, Nik.

Hi all,
Am I correct in thinking that the S200 mk2 has a reduced diameter to fit a silencer and the mk1 doesn't.
Cheers, Nik.

not certain but if it was the same as my mk3 the barrel is parallel with a small cut out for the grub screw, I've stuck a 16mm o/d bsa barrel on my s400, think its about the same length now as an x-tra so it now it needs checking as soon as its all back together, the pot has been wound in a bit to cut it down but it may need more, don`t want to set it with the venture screw
