Mk3 s200 only 7ftlb

Recently purchased a very nice mk3, as advertised here, but on chrono it is only running 7ftlb @ 150bar using AA's.
Looking for recommendations of an AA guru in the North West to assist in sorting. My mk2 ran sweet at 10.7 with AA's BUT I stupidly sold my mk2 before checking this one, lesson learnt.....
