I was at the shooting club Sat gone and a chap had a run in,,, FTP,900... :D

Well, I was all over the chap and very keen for ago, of the FTP,900, Well, firstly, I give it a good look over and feel of the thing,,,and my thoughts are it looks stunning.

Build Quality seems superb, the adjust-ability was incredible, I handled it and held it on target before shooting it, just to get a feel, This is a very heavy Air Rifle indeed.

At, a staggering 5.0kg 11.0lbs and this weight is without a scope fitted,,, here is the spec sheet. http://www.air-arms.co.uk/products/target/ftp-900

Shooting The FTP,900 the first thing I noticed how lovely the trigger was, bearing in mind, this was at factory setting and can be improved even more...

On Target,,, 40,yard near pellet on pellet with My JSB exact express, 50, 60, yard knockdown targets peace of cake, 80, yard range, tin can bashing easy.

I had a play with the adjustments with the go ahead from the owner, I had the Rifle fitting me like a glove, lovely feel of trigger reach, trigger first stage lovely, and crisp predictable second stage, very enjoyable to shoot.

The breech load port and engineering is cleaver and very art like.

Nice experience to be able to try out the FTP,900,,, BIG thanks to the chap at the club for letting me! try out his pride and joy.... :D

Has Air Arms ironed out any issues with the FTP ,900. Is this rile now okay to purchase without worry. your thoughts please!.

Regards Mick.... :D

Your thoughts.... :D

people talking about how heavy it is. tbh when I picked one up it didn't seem that heavy at all. but then again I shoot a airwolf.
