Hi guys,
Having a bit of trouble setting my rifle up which ran is hopefully going to help me with, I have a slight inkling that it could be the chrono my LGS sent me as it's mainly for air soft and its was made in Taiwan haha speeder 2000 if anyone knows? Basically I'm clutching a straws and wanted to know if I get a combro are they any good?
Cheers
Craig
Combro chrono any good?
Re: Combro chrono any good?
The Combro chrono is an excellent bit of kit.
As accurate as any others for home use and if anything goes wrong they have the best aftermarket service you will find.
Well worth the money.

As above. Everyone should have access to one.

Did I mention that I'm the only one to have attended EVERY meet since we started
Re: Combro chrono any good?
They are perfect for a pcp but I struggle with a springer because of the recoil but if you tape it to the barrel rather than secure it with elastic bands you should be fine. Certain underlevers such as HW77/97 cause extra problems with the cocking arm running parallel with the barrel but these can be overcome.

I fix mine to the barrel with a fishing coaster. You can get them off the evil bay for a couple of quid.
If you've got an android phone of tablet, you can connect it with this:
http://www.zbm2.com/blueshot/index.html
And it will record your shots and you can email them for printing.
If you have a mac then get a cable from eBay and download this:

Brilliant but of kit and paul has just updated it to make it even better.

Re: Combro chrono any good?
Had 1 for years, brilliant bit of kit and use more than my Skan.
Re: Combro chrono any good?
It can be a bit awkward fitting them to guns with tapered barrels but otherwise fine!!
I accidentally shot mine but sent it back to Robin with a cheque for £7.50 and it came back fine
