Cerrakote

Have any of you had any rifle parts Cerrakoted??

The action on my S400 has a couple of scratches on and id like to get that, the barrel and cylinder coated - maybe a different shade to so it looks a little different.

If so, Where did you have it done? Are you happy with the longevity of the coating? and Was it costly?

Thanks in advance

riflecraft.co.uk

Had my AR straight pull coated. Cost £50 for strip down and prep then £200
for single colour finish. There website lists costs for individual items, such as
sound mods, barrels etc. Its all there give it a look.
As for durability, I've had no issues, as yet. Its not like a paint that has thick layers
that chip, its an ultra fine ceramic bake on stuff.

I think im going to go ahead and have it done, but probably over the winter. Just fancy it for making the rifle different, but will prob go for something like a tungsten colour
