S410F anti tamper, whats what?

Just wondering what the AT devices are stopping us meddling with?

1. Sheared head screw in right hand side
2. Plugs covering two screws between lower section and bolt housing.

After doing the reg fit and tune, will I need to refit a screw to replace the sheared head type?

Hi,

I would imagine that bgaltd on this site will have all of your needs. The shearhead thingy is a cover for a tiny grub screw underneath. Mine now have a domed head Allen type fitting meaning if needs be I can get at the screw again if required. Once you have drilled out the other two then underneath are normal Allen headed bolts. There is another plug you need to remove that covers the bolt that secures the gauge and you will possibly need to access the grub screw that the gauge itself obscures. Once A/T has gone you will need never to worry about again :D

Drill a hole through and then poke an allen key through the hole and undo the bolt. The cap pushes out as the bolt comes up on the thread.

Thanks Mark and Brooksy.

I hadn't really looked at the gauge area, so missed the AT plug there.
