MTC warranty

Has anyone returned an MTC scope under warranty? My original Mamba Lite has developed a problem with the elevation turret so it's going back via BAR to see what they say. Fingers crossed!

After market service was first class with MTC when Sammy and Gary had it.
It's now been bought by Marocchi so it may be different.

As above,they used to bend over backwards. You couldnt get better service even if you paid for it.

As stated above ,once Sammy sent me a brand new Mamba as mine had a fault .this was before I had even sent the old scope back . Brilliant service ,such a shame they sold up

My Taipan scope elevation turret fell off wile target shooting, I phoned Sammy, at MTC, optics,,, 2,days later a brand new scope arrived at my door. NOW!, that is fantastic service indeed.
Mind you,,, I was shocked how brittle/weak the scope turret spindle was on the Taipan scope..... would I buy another, NO!!!
I'm unsure what the service or aftermarket warranty is like now that MTC has changed hands. Lets hope it still good.
