Hi folks has anyone tried the aa q-tek silencer yet? I have heard that it supposed to be quieter than the famouse WH one anyone got any opinians

I've got one on my ultimate sporter.very very quiet,the action makes more noise than the muzzle.its quieter than my old mk3 which had a custom moderator on.its also quieter than an hw100s at my local club.try both if you can

I've still got one, half inch unf, when i tried it on my H100 (i dont have anymore) it worked well and although i found it slightly better then my HW mod i thought my Hogan decimeater was even better.

The q tech does a good job on my 510 US, especially since its a carbine barrel and doesn't backdraft down the shroud. Cant compare it to other silencers on the US though due to the connect type.

One thing to remember about the qtech is that it's a heavy beast for the size.

thanks mark for your views I didn't know that the qtek was heavy was thinking of getting one for my tx200 but as the tx is a heavy beast on its own without the extra weight

I have one on my Ultimate Sported and it is the quietest of Weihrauch HW100, Falcon with Logan silencer (equal second places) and Parker Hale. Hope this helps.
