Looks like you have the larger type of quick fitting, i also have that one for my pistol but have fitted on the other end a QF (male) from best fittings as i have these
smaller type (females) on my stirrup pump and cylinder and the male ends on all my charging adaptors (except my TDR which has had the T bar removed and a best fittings valve fitted).
You can buy the full kit and replace what you have now, or just buy the adaptors and make do.

Thanks guys i just screwed on my quick release connection coupling i got with the rifle and it works great, had to rethread it but now works fine, really appreciate the replys thankyou.
