Left hand cocking AA in FAC??

I have an AA S410 and it works great. I'm left handed and have put an after market bolt on so I can cock it from the left, only thing is I have to cock it and push the bolt up instead of down. I'm getting a variation on my fire arms cert for an FAC air rifle and want an air arms. Thing is they don't seem to do an FAC model where a left handed shooter can cock from the left. The only options I can think of is to buy a second hand left handed S410 Xtra or another make which is let handed, or IS it possible to get a left cocking?.

You cant get a left hand s410 action. All you can get is a left hand stock.

Hi,
It's possible to convert the S410 from right to left operation (basically swapping a pin over inside). There used to be a guide on the old AAOC forum I believe. Google may throw up results. If your rifle has no anti-tamper then it's a set of Alen keys and a DIY job.

My S410 cocks from the left because I bought an after market bolt from Rowen Engineering. Normally when you cock you pull back the bolt, push it forward, then down to seat it. Because mine is on the left, because it now has the after market bolt, you pull it back, push it forwards, then UP to seat it. I don't have the anti tamper on mine but there is no way I'm going to set it above 11.75 and risk getting it checked by the Police.Technically, if it's over 12ftlb, you have a weapon which is not on a fire arms certificate. I have several thousands of pounds worth of fire arms, shot guns, night vision, etc and it doesn't seem worth the risk of losing it all for the sake of a variation for an FAC air rifle. If there is no true left hand AA rifles I've either got to buy a second hand one , then buy another bolt and fit or get another make. I have been looking at the Daystate Huntsman Regal.

Hi,
If your rifle has no anti-tamper then it is a DIY job to change it from RH to LH operation I.e you push the bolt forward and down on the left hand side. At no point in my previous reply did I suggest upping your power settings! Please reread my previous reply as it is not about power adjustment. I'm trying to help you out!

How I know if I have an antitamper version? Is there 's a thread where explain how to do it to any of the two versions? I gave an s400 ft mpr that puts 970fps on a 10.3 pellet. We here in Puerto Rico have no restritions on airguns power.
