I have just had an enforced break from shooting, fishing, walking the dog, even going out in the fresh air, it's driving me nuts. suggest if you are losing interest, have an operation making you incapable of even putting your own shoes! I can assure you you will soon be enthusiastic

the best thing for you to do is , start to teach a young person how to shoot.
after you have started teaching you will realise how much you know and take for granted as in hold / folowthrough / scope info etc.
and it will give you a good interest in how they progress ,
