Hi guys has I'm waiting for my walnut filler to arrive before I can do anymore work on my stock I thought I would take care of a little job on the action when I got the rifle the wording on the action wasn't standing out ie in Colour it was just engraved with no white colour like the rest so I thought I would do a little trick I picked up quite a while ago by using a soldering iron to partially warm the action and with a white crayon melt the wax into the air arms engraved lettering to bring out the lettering again here is what it turned out like today tell me what you think guys.

Still waiting for my walnut filler to arrive so today I prepped and sprayed my silencer and end cap has they where badly scratched here is the finished result just letting them dry overnight. I was going to reblue these bits but I am going to leave the bluing until it really needs doing so I will redo these parts when I reblue the cylinder and barrel. I will get on with the stock probably on Monday has soon has my filler arrives so once I have added the true oil I will post some more pictures thx guys.

Here is the second coat of truoil guys another 2 and it should be done here is pic of second coat looking nice it's coming on but has to be left 12 hrs between coats so have been leaving over night and doing other coat in the afternoon plenty of time to dry between coats. Anyway I will post next pics after subsequent coats. The holes I filled in underneath on the stock. I filled those in and tried to stain the White filler,I couldn't get any walnut filler had to use White has substitute and then stain with walnut stain blended in has much has possible. Has I will have to see what it turns out like after final true oil application I will post a pic of that part of the stock later.

Here is the 4 coat guys depending on how this dries I am either going to give it one more coat and wax with casey finishing wax or do it tomorrow after this coat has dried I will see how it looks. I have also taken a pic of the hole restoration I did on the stock but had to use white filler then stain. So it's not perfect but not too bad you guys can be the judge of that anyway here are the latest images. Nearly there guys I can finally see the last hurdle hip hip oray.
