help please re gauge

I know this relates to bsa but I do own air arms rifles so I thought id ask. I have new ultra which has only been filled 3 times from new. On the second fill this evening I noticed that the gauge on the rifle did not go up as it stuck on 110 bar despite the bottle being on 220. After about 20 seconds or so the guage on the rifle went up to reflect the bottle pressure. Is this a fault. The third fill fid the same with the delay. Kind regards and I would appreciate any advice

Hopefully loosening it will sort it. I was gutted as i didnt want to have to return it. I'll loosen it a little tomorrow. Many Thanks

So did you loosen it ??? And did it work ????
