Sticking bolt

Hello when cocking the rifle I have noticed sometimes it doesn't cock and seems to be a bit rough not smooth any ideas what it could be thanks

A very light smear of grease should help

As others have said the hammer rail / bolt is dirty. The dirt has dried all the grease preventing it working smoothly.
Strip it down and give it a good clean and a light oil.
