It's not the dive bottle as it has plenty in and the pump wouldn't work either

It may have 180 in the bottle and 181 in the gun.
But if you are sure the bottle is full, then degas the gun by dry firing a couple of hundred shots and take the filler valve apart.
Take care, there will always be quite a pressure in there

Re: MkII S200 fill problem
If you want to drain the cylinder on an S200, all you need is a marble ...
Put the marble on the floor on a rug or thin carpet ...like a carpet tile. Take off the cylinder and hold it firing vale down on top of the marble. Stand directly above, gently press down and you will be able to release the air in a controlled manner. Avoids dry-firing repeatedly.

I'm still waiting to here back from Best Fittings. Roger who helps runs the Masters was away last week at the world's so they couldn't get in touch with him to confirm I won the prize

I'll update the thread as soon as I try this out when I receive the parts

Re: MkII S200 fill problem
Sorry about leaving the thread hanging fellas I had to wait a while until I could recieve my bits n bobs and then find time to fit them.
Replaced the old fill valve and also bought a new fill adaptor. The rifle seems to be working fine now as it filled up no problem today
