Hi, it's my first time on here so be gentle, iv'e just acquired an FTP 900 and
was wondering if anyone new of a way of replacing the Terminator style
shoulder pad with an adjustable rubber Butt pad, iv'e seen a picture with
one but not sure where it was purchased.

Hello and welcome!
if yours is like this...
then any rubber pad, either a standard Bisley type from ebay or an MPR type from Julian on this site, might screw (very carefully) into the end of the stock if it's deep enough, but the length of pull would be 1 to 2 inches shorter.
BTW I'll give you a tenner for the old one

BTW my MPR pad has plain nylon spacers that I got from Ebay. You could use longer ones and longer woodscrews I guess.
The distance between fixing hole centres on MPR pad is 90mm.
