Hawke Airmax 30
Anyone using a Hawke Airmax 30 SF IR 3-12x50 AMX Ret, your thoughts on these would be appreciated, cheers Rog
Re: Hawke Airmax 30
I've got the 6-24 version and it is my favourite scope I've owned so far. It hasn't lost zero once in the two or so years its been on a TX with Sportsmatch mounts. I love the AMX reticule too and the glass is great to my eyes. In fact its such a good scope I wanted a second one for a recent addition to my collection. I couldn't justify the expense, however, so settled for an Airmax 4-12x40 AO AMX instead which is also equally fantastic so far.

Re: Hawke Airmax 30
I put the 8-32x50 version on a rifle in January and must say that I'm impressed with the quality of it. It's a good solid scope. The single criticism I have is that at the extremities of its magnification, the image loses some sharpness.
