Re: Galahad
Not sure of date. The gap between the shroud and cylinder will be less and the clearance of the forward lever will be addressed.

Re: Galahad
Managed to get my hands on a Galahad at the British Shooting Show earlier in the year. To be honest, I didn't think much of it at all. I've owned many Air Arms rifles and the quality of each has been excellent, they all had a feeling of robustness about them. I thought the Galahad felt cheap and nasty compared to the rifles I have owned over the years. The one at the show I held rattled. I subsequently bought a Daystate Pulsar, which I have to say is a great bit of kit and is very well built indeed. Hopefully when released, the Galahad will be of a better quality than the one I've held.
Re: Galahad
Had a chance to look at one today at RonnieSunshines .. whilst it came to eye for me and felt good in shoulder, it was a disaster for the Mrs (for whom we were shopping for) .. the "big" lower thumb/hand stock got in the way of errrrr how shall I say this discreetly "boobs" .. it was a disaster to watch .. After trying a bunch of AA inc Ultimate sporter she went to a FX Wildcat which to be honest worked perfectly for her as a first ever rifle .. once set up and for a complete novice she was doing 8 shots all in the 9's & 10's on the standard "Bisley 10yd pistol targets" out at 20 yds
Galahad felt great to me and perhaps one day I may get one

Re: Galahad
Called in at Fultons last week asking for one. They called Air Arms and asked for a delivery date, order now for delivery between Christmas and Feb. Very disappointed as I have shot both the rifle and carbine and loved the balance of the carbine, would love to give AA my money.

Saw one on the wall in Greenfields in Sturry last week. It made me think of my 83 year old mother in law who used to think she was a cut above the rest because she had G Plan furniture.
The gun, to me, is G Plan. 1970's. I did not even try it.
