I have two green metal jerry cans that I want to make target holders or pellet catchers out of.
Any one got some good ideas.

Can you paint one like a bucket and take it to the meet
Just to give us OAP's a chance of hitting it

Cut a series of different sizes holes in one face using hole cutters keep the discs
Pop rivit the discs too a small hinge and then pop rivit the discs too the in side of the can covering the holes from the inside.
Spray the discs red too make them more visible
The back wall of the can will stop the pellet and they will be collected in the bottom .

I have seen some good target catches made from old callor gas bottles, which are very thick to catch the pellet. An angle grinder was used to cut the hole. They have them at Woodend Farm Shooting Complex near Huthwaite, Nottinghamshire.
