is there an adapter for two hoses

looking for an adapter that can fit onto a 9ltr dive bottle, im assuming that the adapter would have two hoses each one having a different fitting on the end,

i got a AA S200 with the new style adapter and another AA S200 with the old style adapter.

I think this is what you need if you have the old style adaptor on the end of your hose
