I'm thinking of putting the above on my FAC S510, I have a variable zoom scope but leave it always on 10 mag anyway. I like the idea of the sidewheel, ballistic turrets etc plus the mill dot reticle. What are your opinions on the scope and fixed mag?

The best scope that I have used so far. Tried a few others but always come back to this. I have 2 of them - one is a variable mag but always locked on 10x.
Great value - especially if you pick a nice one up second hand like I did.

Received scope today, in really good condition, well pleased! The mounts that came with it are too low, do I need medium or high mounts, to clear the s510 magazine. Also the elevation turret doesn't pull out with as positive a click as the wind age, does that mean it's just a bit more worn than the other?
