Depending on scope tube and Front objective.

Usually, High mounts, work best.

Some problems wile fitting scopes too an s410 are if you use a scope which has a very short tube length you will find it difficult to get the scope back to the eye through the mounts for best eye relief and fitment, because your front scope mount position on the rails are restricted to one position only on the s410 rails.

wile using extra high mounts on s410 would warrant an adjustable cheek-peace on the stock so the shooter do's not have lift head from the stock and get the best eye position.

You don't have any of the problems when fitting a scope to HW,100 as the magazine is flush to the action so, allowing you to fit the scope at any height using any scope you want with any type mounts even one peace mount if desired, and you can move the scope mounts at any position on the dovetails.

You will also see how eye relief plays an important part. Some times the scope wont fit where the mounts must be.

I have the Endurance model which you speak of and it is (at least for my eyes) one of the best pieces of glass that I have owned, really superb optics (I compare to Sightron and Bushnell as comparisons). Very robust and well made overall. The subtle illuminated centre dot on mine is great for dark shade / low light conditions without being obtrusive.
