TDR Value
Re: TDR Value
Well i paid just short of £400 for mine SH from BAR 3 years ago and i love it .
It has never missed a beat and has the AT removed .
New price is £675 so a good SH one should be £400+.
hope this helps

Re: TDR Value
If he has only had it a week I would say he needs to persevere with it a bit longer.
I have had mine for 2 years now and love it but when I first started using it I struggled. Maybe because I am tall and lanky (half man/half gibbon
) but I did find it did not "fit" as naturally as some of my other rifles. The cheekpiece takes some getting used to, as does working out where and how to hold it. Once you do though the investment is worth it.
Mine was a second hand deal off the old AAOC site (cheers Brendon) and has turned out to be a real find - taken a lot of vermin with it now and it suits all occasions, round the farm, sniping off a bipod in the fields or squirrel bashing in the woods.
Or he could just flog it and someone will get a bargain
I would say around 500 notes but it will be totally market driven - it's worth what someone will pay for it.

Re: TDR Value
I agree with you , mine was different to hold , but better than the gunpower stealth i traded in for it ( now that was a strange gun to shoulder).
I use mine a lot as my primary gun with the daystate regal a second as it's sporting the NV gear, but it is deadly accurate (more than me) and
just a joy to use.
As your mates gun is so new then the £500+- asking price would not be unacceptable, but he should realy give it a chance, you cant judge
it on a week's usage.
