More rats..

Had another successful night at the farm.

Went up last week and got a similar 4 in about 40 minutes. This time took more like twice that time to get these three plus another which fell down a hole and I was not going to go fishing around to retrieve it! Much more twitchy this week, I think due to the bright moon and lack of cloud cover. Still heaps around though.

And for scale that is my size 12 Muck Boot in the background

Used up the available brownie points with 'er indoors now so next trip will have to wait until after the weekend.

One of those occasions when the estate manager said the place was over run and I thought, oh yeah heard that before but nope, he was right it is rat central. Might be something to do with being round the back of the grain store...
Slightly unnerving sitting there in the dark looking in one direction and hearing them moving around in the undergrowth behind you..
