Where's the recipe please Chris?
Got it from Mathew Manning's airgun hunting book. Just dice up the breast meat, mix with some sausage meat and herbs. Roll out some puff pastry nice and thin and then lay a good length of the mix on one edge and roll up. Seal with beaten egg, cut to size lightly score and wash over with more egg and bake for 25 mins at 180C.
Will definitely be making these again as the whole family loved them.
