Right lads I'm considering getting rid of the Theoben MFR as it's just not getting used and I'm thinking of getting a mountain bike for a bit of exercise (depending on what the doctor says after I've seen him). I'll be looking for a full suspension bike so it's a bit gentler on the back. I won't be doing any downhill ski slope stuff but want summat decent, second hand (obviously), like a Specialized or Giant etc. I have gun, scope, bottle etc so full kit can go depending on what bike comes up so if you have, or know anyone who would be interested in a deal within a sensible distance then give me a shout.

I was in the same boat not so long ago, mate ............ Go to Gumtree , buy a bike and then sell your gun. That is the the quickest and most economical way I found.

It's a hard rock sport and that's all I know really! It's my sort of farm bike so it's really used to get to short distance places and isn't looked after too well
