410 carbine air cylinder

Hi All, I’m a new member who has bought a 2nd hand air rifle from a dealer, only to find its 2006 serial no. and dated on the air cylinder. Will I need to replace, as I’ve seen forum quotes saying this. ?

if its still in good nick with no pitting inside or out it'll be fine

Hi Julian. If someone did need to replace it what is the routine? Replace just the steel tube and re- use the ends?

yes , its that simple

. i'd replace the cylinder o rings as well while you've got it open .
