Considering the weight dumped and the height it fell from, you've done a great job getting this going. A fresh start might be just what was needed anyhow.

Technical content was gradually uploaded onto the old forum over many years. It can be done again if the old forum is a total loss, so don't fret for me about recreating the old site.

The camaraderie and good will are back! You won't please everyone all the time but you're a top bloke for trying! My hat is doffed sir!

I have been working all the hours god sent recently, so I have only just discovered what has happened. Thank you to all you guys who have not only moved the AAOC office and got this temporary new site up and running and to Julian for giving the office a new base. I think I speak for many of us, when I say, most of us take for granted everything we are able to do on this forum. I have to admit I am one of those individuals. I will gladly donate to keep this site going, but I take my hat off to those who have, and do, give their time and expertise to keep us all happy. My sincere thanks to every single one of you.
