how to put your avatar picture on and add rifle list on post

first go to user control panel ( top left under board index )

then click on the profile tab,
then select the edit avatar and add your pic

above edit avatar is edit signature this is were you can write your list of rifles or comments that will always show up on your postings,

hope this helps people wanting to up date their postings,

You will have to doctor the picture so it is no more than 90 x 90 pixels and no bigger than 6kb, took me ages to get it right

Getting the size and pixels is easy if you use Paint and resize.
