Charging cylinder / Stirrup Pp

Does anyone have a spare cylinder and charging lines to sell? Not too fussed on size, but on the smaller side 2-10L.
Doesn't have to have a valid cert as I can test through work.

Failing that an effective hand pump if such a thing exists although I'm more concerned of not having dry air
