Tx200 lever buffer

500 pellets thru my new to and the lever buffer is gone. Quick search online and I know what to do, but I notice that some of the posts about the buffer falling off date to 2006. What is air Arms waiting for? Surely the engineers must have heard of this problem by now. Otherwise I love the gun. Hope you all are well
