Hi All,
Am I correct in thinking my .177 Propsport with 4 x stock screws and a few collapsed coils at the end of the spring with the heavy steel top hat screwed into the dead coils (bloody tightly !!) is a mk2 model with the shorter stroke.

Tks

Roger

Measure how far the piston stem sticks out past the rear edge of the piston body. MarkI and MarkII are about 45mm where the MarkIII is around 30mm. The only short stroke Pro Sport I've seen had only the 2 forward screws in the stock, but the spring you describe is a MarkI/II spring. Maybe your gun is a transition model.
