Simply, is there a simple / easy way of putting an open front sight on the barrel, also easily removed.

I saw one not long ago being used for 10m comp shooting in Spain, custom made in aluminum, slides on (aka a barrel weight) and secured with a grub screw/s. He had a diopter type on the rear, have never seen one advertised "off the shelf" but, a rather simple engineering task.

Yes, we have open sights comps at club and I want to use my TX200HC.
