Loose screws

I've read on one off the other forums that having loose shock screws aids accuracy who's tried this ?

I think the clue may be in the post title ;)
Possibly a cure for people gripping the stock too firmly due to overdeveloped wrist and finger muscles! :o

Rapids can be inaccurate if you over tighten the stock screw, it interferes with the harmonics in the block. I don't know about AA's though.
The early bird may get the worm, but it's the second one mouse that gets the cheese.

Indeed but, the question specified "loose" and not "over tightened", both are bad practice.
