Stripped and polished ...

Well chaps it has been an eye opener, the sears have been polished to a mirror finish,
BUT with a big but, the rear sear has slight metal bur on one off the edges and has machine marks on the surface

You only want a polish where the Sears meet each other.

All put together now and I found it to be a very fiddly job reassembling it !!!

Hope so, I even polished the ends of the two trigger adjuster screws :oops:
and re lubed all contact points of the sears.

After a couple of goes it will be child's play. Make sure you don't round off the edges of the bottom and rear sear contact. I had one professionally polished, once, and it came back with a vague feel. I took it apart and found these two edges rounded. I took a black surgical stone and trued them back up to a knife edge and all was well.
