Service and reg

Sun Oct 30, 2022 8:58 am

I've recently acquired an s410 classic .177 of around 2008 vintage at an absolute steal and she is in excellent condition. She has one obvious leak on the filler end of the cylinder . Now because of little money I've spent I'm looking for someone who knows what they are doing to do a full service tune and reg it for me. What ever can be done to squeeze the most potential out of it I'd like done. Is there anyone of good reputation that fancies doing it? Many thanks

don't bother with a reg, spend the money on a larger dive-cylinder or pellets (as thy're expensive now  )

a reg doesn't make for a better rifle - just a consistant pressure @ the firing-valve.

a good tune does a lot more and can be done for free as diy if you're competant 8-)

Bleugh!

it is my firm belief that people who declare they have a 'bigger signature than' someone are trying to make up for something else
