maybe a silly question/found 4 washers after loading bolt change

Sat Jul 18, 2020 10:24 am

i recently replaced the original loading bolt with a rowan engineering black one, it took a bit of heat, alot of pulling & a bit of up & down movement to get the original OFF,i came across 4 small dark coloured washer's on the floor, have they came from in innards of my s410,it loads & fires the pellet without any problem,i ain't got a clue where they came from, a little worried to say the least !!!!! :?,can someone put my mind at rest.

The only washer I know of on an S410 is on the stock bolt, I've never seen any others 🤔

I reckon, if it cocks , loads and fires, doubt that there's a problem.
But if it falls to bits, I was wrong 😃
I'm pretty sure it's fine😇

I take it they are too large to have come with the Rowan handle? Do you have scope mounts or other fittings with M4 bolts?

mystery solved, the 4 washers were off a pair of sports match mounts,i ordered high sports match mounts & they were on them.so i presume they were also on the medium mount's. :D
